CamperSoft is an internal scheduling tool operated by Happy Camper for its staff. Access is by invitation only.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and your sign-in provider (email link, Google, or Apple).
• Work records: shifts you are assigned or claim, clock-in and clock-out times, and edit requests.
• Files you upload, such as menus, stickers, and signs.

How we use it

Only to run scheduling, time tracking, and event preparation for Happy Camper. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing

Data is visible to Happy Camper administrators and stored with our hosting provider. It is not shared with anyone else except where required by law.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app. This removes your sign-in and profile. Payroll-related time records may be kept as required by law.
